Sarah's deep knowledge of New Orleans Homes, neighborhoods, and property policies / laws was only outdone by her expert negotiation skills. Truly a positive, educational, and well-organized experience working with her.  

I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience working with her. From the moment we listed my condo, Sarah had a clear strategy, stunning marketing, and constant communication. 

We moved quickly on a property in a prime area, and she was responsive, helpful, and encouraging during the entire process. 

She knows NOLA - neighborhood by neighborhood / block by block, which proved invaluable to someone moving from out of state. 

 Sarah went above and beyond putting us in the perfect home. New to the area from NC and with short notice due to a company relocation. 

She covered lots of showings in all parishes as she helped familiarize us with new surroundings. She and her team were very patient due to these circumstances and our housing requirements, on this house search.

We have not been so lucky on prior moves and we’re not looking forward to this current move. There are always hiccups along the way and she expedited the corrections and made it a pleasant transition to the area.
